Terms of Service

By booking a session with SM Fine Portraits, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment:
Sessions are not confirmed until payment or retainer is received. Payments may be required in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

Session Conduct:
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Image Delivery:
Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the stated timeframe. RAW/unedited images are not provided.

Usage Rights:
SM Fine Portraits retains the rights to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights only and may not resell or alter images without permission.

Liability:
SM Fine Portraits is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, emergencies, etc.) but will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
